Summer Vacation, Internships and International Careers Fair

Cost and registration

A registration fee of A$700 (GST inclusive) applies, payable after the event.

Inclusions

  • An exhibition space (3.5m wide x 2m deep) or shell (3m wide x 1m deep x 2.5m high)
  • Signs featuring your organisation’s name and target disciplines
  • A table and chairs and access to a power outlet
  • Catering for up to three representatives
  • Your attendance and requirements publicised to students before and at the fair


Terms and conditions

By registering for this event, you are agreeing to the following:

  1. Whilst not expected to, proposed event offerings and published details may change. Consultation will take place with affected registrants if this occurs.
  2. Registration may close early if we reach venue capacity prior to the official closing date. You cannot reserve a place based on an early or tentative expression of interest. Registering online via the official form is the only way to secure a place.
  3. We make no undertaking that places will be available for ALL organisations wishing to participate. It is the responsibility of each organisation to ensure they register online correctly and within the official registration period, whether shortened or not.
  4. Acceptance of late registrations is at our discretion.
  5. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel the registration of any organisation to ensure that we fill places in demand with organisations most appropriately matched to the aims of these events. We will notify affected registrant(s) if this occurs and will not charge a fee.
  6. Cancellations must be notified by email, at least five business days prior to the event.
  7. We will use the details you provide in the registration form to publicise your attendance and requirements to students during the lead-up to the event, as well as on event day. We reserve the right to edit/abbreviate details to fit available space in publicity materials. Your contact details will NOT appear in student publicity.


Payment

Shortly after the fair we will send your registered contact a Monash University tax invoice, along with details on how to make payment. Please do not pay before receiving these documents. Contact us if you have a payment query.


Cancellation

To cancel your registration, email us at least five business days before the event.

  • 100% of your total registration cost applies if you notify after 23 July, or not at all
